During the COVID pandemic we have had to adapt to a new way of working. Most appointments will be remote- i.e., telephone, video or e-consultations.
Every weekday morning we operate a triage telephone consultation clinic.
Please telephone the practice on the day between 08.30am and 10.00am. In order to ensure you are passed to the appropriate person our trained reception staff will ask you some questions about the problems you wish to address. If you are placed on the triage list a Clinician will return your call later that morning. This may be converted to a video consultation if required.
You can book an afternoon telephone consultation online with either the practice nurse or GP.
You can book your appointment online. To access this service you will need a Practice ID number and an Access ID number, which are obtained from the practice. Your Access ID number, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you.

Please remember this is a telephone consultation, do not attend the practice.
Alternatively, for less urgent problems, you may wish to use the e-consultation system.
An e-consultation can be completed online by following the link below. It will be sent to the practice and your enquiry will be dealt with by the end of the next working day.
Face to Face
We are seeing patients face to face when appropriate. All face to face appointments will be pre-arranged by the Clinician following a telephone consultation.
If you are invited to attend the surgery you must please wear a face covering.
DO NOT attend the surgery if:
· You have not been invited by a staff member.
· You have developed a new continuous cough or temperature.
· Your sense of smell and or taste has changed or been lost.
· You have been advised to self-isolate due to contact with a COVID positive individual.
